Data Deletion Request

You can ask us to delete the data ZYR holds about you, including any data we obtained through Meta (Facebook and Instagram). This page explains what we delete and how to request it.

Option A — Disconnect inside ZYR Fastest

1. Log in to ZYR and open Settings → Connections.
2. Find the Facebook Page or Instagram account you want to remove and click Disconnect.
3. Disconnecting revokes ZYR’s access token for that account and deletes the connected-account data we stored for it.

Option B — Email us

Send a request to hello@zyrforce.com from the email address associated with your ZYR account, with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Tell us which account(s) to delete — your ZYR account and/or a specific connected Facebook Page or Instagram account.

Option C — Remove the app on Meta

You can remove ZYR (“Fifth Social OS”) from your Facebook or Instagram account settings at any time via Settings → Business Integrations / Apps and Websites. When you do, Meta notifies us and we delete the data associated with that connection.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how FIFTH CORP FOR COMPUTER SYSTEMS & COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT SOFTWARE DESIGN ("FIFTH," "we") collects, uses, stores, shares and deletes personal data in connection with ZYR (the "Service," registered with Meta as "Fifth Social OS"). It covers data obtained through Meta (Facebook & Instagram) as well as data you provide directly.

1. Data we collect through Meta

When you connect a Facebook Page and its linked Instagram Business Account using Facebook Login for Business, we process the following, strictly to provide the features you use:

We request data only for accounts you connect, and only the permissions listed. We do not collect your Meta password.

2. Other data we collect

• Account data (name, email, agency details).
• Content you create in ZYR (captions, creative, schedules).
• Usage & technical data (logs, device/browser) to operate and secure the Service.

3. How we use data

• Provide ZYR's core features: scheduling, publishing approved posts, and analytics.
• Publishing is performed server-side using the stored token, only for posts you created and approved. ZYR does not autonomously post content you have not approved.
• Secure, maintain and improve the Service.

We do not sell personal data, do not use Meta data to build profiles for unrelated purposes, and do not use it for advertising outside the account it belongs to.

4. Lawful bases (GDPR)

Where GDPR applies: performance of contract (Art. 6(1)(b)); consent to connect a Meta account and grant the permissions above (Art. 6(1)(a)), withdrawable any time by disconnecting; and legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) to secure and improve the Service.

5. Storage & security

• Tokens and connected-account data stored encrypted at rest and access-controlled.
• Data scoped to the agency tenant that connected the account.
• Administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to sensitivity.

6. Retention & deletion

We retain connected-account data and tokens only while the account is connected. Deletion begins when you disconnect the account, your ZYR account is closed, you submit a deletion request, or we receive a data-deletion callback from Meta. We complete deletion from active systems within 30 days; backup copies are purged on our rotation cycle. Request deletion any time at hello@zyrforce.com.

7. Sharing & sub-processors

We share data only with providers that help us run ZYR — cloud hosting and infrastructure (Amazon Web Services and Vercel) — under agreements limiting their use to providing services to us. We do not sell data or share it for third-party advertising.

8. Agencies & their clients

Where an agency connects a client's account, the agency (and its client) act as the controller of the connected-account data, and FIFTH acts as a processor for that data. FIFTH is the controller of the ZYR account and usage data in Section 2.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location (including under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA) you may access, correct, delete or restrict processing, and object or withdraw consent. Contact hello@zyrforce.com. We do not sell or share personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

10. International transfers

Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum where applicable).

Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ZYR (the "Service," registered with Meta as "Fifth Social OS"), provided by FIFTH CORP FOR COMPUTER SYSTEMS & COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT SOFTWARE DESIGN ("FIFTH," "we"). By using ZYR you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ZYR is a social-media management platform for planning, scheduling, publishing and analysing social content across connected accounts, including Facebook Pages and linked Instagram Business Accounts.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Connecting accounts & agency authorisation

• Connect Facebook Pages and Instagram Business Accounts only if authorised to do so.
• If you connect on behalf of a client, you represent that you have the client's authorisation to connect the account and to publish and read analytics on their behalf, and will maintain it while connected.
• You are responsible for complying with Meta's terms and any agreement with your client.
• A Data Processing Agreement is available on request.

4. Acceptable use

• Publish only content you have the right to publish, and only posts you created and approved in ZYR.
• No unlawful, infringing, deceptive or policy-violating content; no spam or platform abuse.
• Do not misuse, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service.

5. Meta Platform terms

Use of features relying on Meta APIs is also subject to Meta's terms. Data obtained through Meta is handled per our Privacy Policy; request deletion via our data-deletion process.

6. Intellectual property

You retain rights to content you create. We retain rights to the ZYR platform. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service (e.g. to store and publish your approved content).

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

You may stop using ZYR and disconnect accounts any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach. On termination, connected-account data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; changes are posted here with a new effective date.
